📅 Your Booking and Stay Organisation
I haven’t received my booking file, what should I do?
After a phone call or email request, if you haven’t received your file:
- Check your spam or junk mail.
- Contact us at +33 (0)4 94 82 03 28 or email contact@esterel-caravaning.fr to verify your email address.
I haven’t received the confirmation for my online booking
All bookings made via our website https://www.esterel-caravaning.co.uk are processed manually to check availability, avoid duplicates and respond to specific requests.
- A delay of up to 48 hours may occur.
- If no confirmation is received, check your spam folder, then contact us if necessary.
Bank transfer payment not confirmed?
Transfers are processed every Tuesday by our accounts team.
- If no confirmation after 10 days, check your spam.
- When in doubt, call us at +33 (0)4 94 82 03 28
Card payment not confirmed?
Card payments are validated manually during office hours.
- Only VISA and Mastercard accepted.
- Check your card limit.
- Payments in euros only.
- If you receive nothing within 10 days, check spam or contact us.
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
Do you accept ANCV holiday vouchers?
No, we are not partnered with ANCV.
💳 Accepted payment methods: Bank card (VISA/Mastercard) and bank transfer.
When can I book for next year?
Bookings for the next season usually open in September. To get priority:
Send us:
- Your contact details (name, phone, email)
- Desired rental type (mobile home or pitch)
- Stay dates (July/August: Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on type)
🏡 Your Stay in a Mobile Home: Practical Info
Arrival and departure times
- Arrival: from 5 p.m. (check-in possible from 8 a.m. at reception)
- Departure: before 10 a.m.
🕓 For late check-out, ask reception 48h before.
🚗 Late arrival?
Let us know, the night guard will welcome you.
🕛 Departure before 7 a.m.? Move your vehicle out the evening before (gates closed midnight to 7 a.m.).
Taxes and extras
- Tourist tax & daily fee: €3.86/night/adult | €3/night/child
- Pets (max. 2): €5/night – leashed, not allowed in water park
- Second car: €5/night (subject to availability)
- Linen options:
- Double bed: €20 | Single bed: €15
- Made beds: €10/bed
- Towels: €15/person
📌 Some categories don’t include linen – see below (Mini Suite Confort, Bastidon 4 Confort, Villa, Junior Suite, Riviera, Suite, Luxus)
Baby equipment (free)
- Baby cot 60×120 cm (no mattress)
- High chair
- Bed guard
Mobile-home deposit
- €200, by bank imprint (not charged)
- Automatically released after check
🔔 Mobile home must be left clean or €100 will be withheld from the deposit. Even with cleaning option, dishes must be done, bins emptied.
🚐 Your Stay with Camper or Caravan
Arrival & departure
- Arrival: from 1 p.m.
- Departure: before 11 a.m.
🕛 Leaving before 7 a.m.? Move vehicle out the night before (gates closed at night).
Taxes & additional charges
- Tourist tax: €0.86/night/adult
- Eco tax: €0.40/night/adult
- Pet fee: €4/night (July–August)
- Second car/motorbike: €5/night (subject to availability)
Private sanitary deposit
- €100 by bank imprint
- Not charged – automatically released after check
🎯 Sports & Leisure Activities
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Not necessary. You can:
- Bring your own
- Borrow rackets, balls, clubs, etc. from the animation area (deposit required)
Water park dress code
- Allowed: swim briefs, tight-fitting boxers
- Not allowed: swimming shorts
Is the beach accessible?
🌊 3.5 km from the campsite:
- Cycle path (downhill to beach, uphill return)
- Parking: Place du Togo
- 🚍 Bus line 7 (July/August): “Esterel Caravaning” stop → Agay beach → loop all day
